The new centrifugal opening mechanism uses premium PA66 nylon for durability, ensuring full shutter open/close. 304 stainless steel riveted connectors and guide rods resist wear and rust, with high flexibility and a lower friction coefficient.

Pulleys and flanges are high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy die-cast — light, low-vibration, strong and durable.

Blades use Krupp self-cleaning 430BA stainless steel — high airflow and efficiency, no deformation or dust buildup, attractive and durable.

Shutter seals use a plate-type structure for stable, compact mounting; during shutter rotation the seal contacts the bushing directly, lowering the friction coefficient and making opening smoother.

A belt-tension adjustment device is added for easy operation — loosen a single bolt to adjust belt tension.
